Grapefruit Paloma

Grapefruit Paloma

  • Servings: makes 3 1/2 cups

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup simple syrup (made from 1/2 cup white cane sugar and 1/2 cup water)
  • 2 cups grapefruit juice
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

First, make the simple syrup by placing sugar and water in a sauce pan over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Cool and reserve.

Mix ingredients together and stir. Refrigerate immediately.

Salt the rim of the beverage glass to serve.

Fill 16oz cup with ice and fill with the drink (about 8oz).

Add Reposada Tequila to make drink alcoholic.
