Grapefruit Paloma

Grapefruit Paloma

Servings: makes 3 1/2 cups


Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup simple syrup (made from 1/2 cup white cane sugar and 1/2 cup water)
  • 2 cups grapefruit juice
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

First, make the simple syrup by placing sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Cool and reserve.

Mix ingredients together and stir. Refrigerate immediately.

Salt the rim of the beverage glass to serve.

Fill a 16oz cup with ice and fill with the drink (about 8oz).

Add Reposada Tequila to make the drink alcoholic.
