Travel with me.

Travel has always been one of the great privileges of my life, not because of the miles covered, but because of the people, meals, markets, kitchens and conversations that have shaped how I see the world. I’ve spent my life chasing the stories behind what we eat, and the older I get, the more convinced I am that food is still the best way into a place. These trips are my chance to share that with you in real time. From Japan and Vietnam to Thailand, Oaxaca and beyond, each journey is designed for curious people who want more than a checklist. It’s about access, context, generosity and the kind of experiences that stay with you long after you’ve unpacked.

Here are our current trips:

  • THAILAND

    THAILAND

    March 20 - 26, 2027 | 7 Days, 6 Nights

Thailand has shaped the way I think about food, culture and travel for decades, and next March I’m heading back with a small group for a deeply personal culinary journey through Bangkok and Chiang Mai. From legendary street food and Michelin-starred dinners to markets, tea farms, home kitchens and meals with the people preserving Thailand’s traditions, this is a rare chance to experience one of the world’s great food cultures up close.
  • OAXACA

    OAXACA

    Departing November 2026

Oaxaca is one of the most important food places on earth, and I’m planning a small-group journey built around the markets, moles, mezcal, corn, artisans and cooks who make it so extraordinary. This is a chance to experience Oaxaca beyond the surface, through its food, history and living traditions, with the kind of access and context that make a trip unforgettable.
