Pineapple Rum Negroni
- 2 ounces pineapple-steeped Flor de Cana rum (instructions here)
- 1 ounce Campari
- 1 ounce Sweet Vermouth
- Orange zest, in large swirls
Stir, together and serve, strained over ice or in a chilled glass.
NOTE If you don’t have pineapple infused rum, you can use regular rum and a splash of pineapple juice.
