Soy & Ginger Dipping Sauce
This scallion, soy, cilantro and ginger dipping sauce is wonderful with dumplings, poached chicken or fresh egg noodles. If I have a lot of it left over, I use it as a marinade for chicken.

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons ginger, grated
- 1 cup scallions, minced
- 3 tablespoons cilantro, minced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar, or more to taste
- 1 teaspoon yuzu kosho
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in and mix well until the sugar dissolves. Let sit for 1 hour before serving.
