Pineapple Rum Negroni


Ingredients

  • 2 ounces pineapple-steeped Flor de Cana rum (instructions here)
  • 1 ounce Campari
  • 1 ounce Sweet Vermouth
  • Orange zest, in large swirls
  • Ice

Instructions

Stir, together and serve, strained over ice or in a chilled glass.

NOTE If you don’t have pineapple-infused rum, you can use regular rum and a splash of pineapple juice.
