This recipe for a tart, spicy Cobra Kai is a perfect use for the Easy & Oskey Habanero bitters.
Easy & Oskey’s Cobra Kai Cocktail
- 2 ounces Kilo Kai Spiced Rum
- 2 ounces Fresh Sour (recipe below)
- 1/8 teaspoon Easy & Oskey Habañero Bitters, or to taste
- Lime wedges for garnish
- 3 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 6 ounces lime juice
- 6 ounces lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon citric acid
- 1 tablespoon dehydrated egg white
To Make the Sour Mix
Heat water and sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Add the lime juice and lemon juice. Whisk in 1 teaspoon citric acid and 1 tablespoon dehydrated egg white until blended.
Make the Cocktail
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and pour into a small Collins glass. Garnish with lime wedge.
