Hunan-Style Peanut Sauce
This classic Hunan-style peanut sauce is one of my favorites for dipping, glazing and enjoying with all sorts of Asian food. It’s great with sticky rice, fried chicken summer rolls, ribs, chicken satay, pork belly or chicken off the grill.
