Spoon and Stable just announced its upcoming Synergy Series for 2016. In this really exciting, chef driven dinner series, Gavin and his team will host four New York, Michelin-starred chefs: Michael White, Michael Anthony, April Bloomfield, and of course, his mentor Daniel Boulud. To have these chefs in Minneapolis, creating their award winning food is going to be a once in a lifetime experience. Each dinner experience will vary from one another, from the chef, to the season they are cooking in, to the style of the dinner (some will be tasting menus, some may incorporate family-style service). Plus, 25 percent of the proceeds from each dinner will go to a local charity; they’ve chosen Appetite for Change, Pacer Center, Angel Foundation and Children’s Cancer Research Fund. It’s such a fantastic opportunity, I’m so proud of the food community in my adopted hometown, and am thrilled the Spoon and Stable team will be able to show off the local dining scene. Trust me, you don’t want to miss these dinners. If you don’t score one of the 76 reservations available for each dinner, arrive early and try to snag a seat at the bar, where the chef-in-residence will offer an exclusive menu item of their choice.
