Roasted Cabbage


  • 1 head cabbage, cut into wedges
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F.

Coat both sides of each wedge of cabbage with oil, and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for 10 minutes. Flip each wedge over and continue roasting for another 10 minutes, or until nice and charred.
