Hot Dog!
Before the Home Run Derby, there was the hot dog derby. Five hot dogs, three judges, and one winner. Bryan Caswell of REEF in Houston made a killer chorizo dog that ended up bringing home top prize. I had a great time hanging out with Bryan, Graham Elliot, Merlin Verrier, Nick Elmi, the Andrew Zimmern’s Canteen crew, and everyone who stopped by to say hello.
