This week’s Throwback Thursday video comes from the year 1993. I was in Sarasota, Fla., for the  annual Stone Crab Festival at The Colony Resort. At the closing party, a few of the chefs and I sang an awful version of “Soul Man,” the Sam & Dave classic,  And, yes, that is hair on my head. Can you spot Rick Moonen, Robin Haas and the dearly missed Jamie Shannon?
