As a lifelong outdoorsman and chef, I’m thrilled to marry my passion for hunting and fishing with cooking over fire.
That’s why I think my new show, Wild Game Kitchen on Outdoor Channel, is some of my best work. I keep asking myself why? I’ve come to realize it’s because I am so excited about teaching people to cook. Viewers can tell when I am having fun, and this show was a blast to make.
