During a photo shoot for Babson College in downtown Minneapolis, I stopped by my food truck, AZ Canteen, to work on a new item coming to the menu. Chef Asher Miller shows us how to make AZ Canteen’s spicy peanut sesame noodles.

Andrew Zimmern: It’s a big day at the food truck. We’re doing a photo shoot for Babson College. I’m the entrepreneur-in-residence there, so they’ve come out to kind of see… you know… I’m actually an entrepreneur, so we had this truck created for today just to kind of fool them into thinking so. And ostensibly, I think I’m also working on recipe for Chinese Sesame Peanut Noodles. (to Asher) Do we have sesame…can you make a batch of sesame peanut noodles?

Asher Miller: Yeah, you want to try it?

Andrew: Yeah. Yeah, make a batch. Let’s try it. (to camera) Let’s try it. Come on.
