Bocuse d’Or: January 29-30

Watch the Bocuse d’Or Live

Richard Rosendale will lead Team USA at the prestigious Bocuse d’Or in Lyon, a biannual international competition where the best of the best gather for an Olympic-esque culinary battle. The international competition, named after legendary French chef Paul Bocuse, seeks to identify the world’s top competitive chef. Watch chef Rosendale and commis (assistant) Corey Siegel compete against teams from 23 other nations live online at www.bocusedorusa.org/bdo2013. Team USA will be cooking on January 30 from approximately 3:20 am – 9:00 am (EST).

Leading up to this five-and-a-half hour culinary competition, chefs Rosendale and Siegel conquered a rigorous training regiment that included timed practice runs in an identical mock Bocuse d’Or kitchen (located in the bunker of the Greenbrier Resort), as well as stages at The French Laundry and Alinea.
