I want people to come to the Share Our Strength dinner on Sunday evening with a big check in hand to raise money to fight hunger in America. In an effort to shatter our records and help Minnesotans get food on their tables Chef Tim McKee of La Belle Vie has organized an ALL STAR gathering of LBV alums to auction off a party for 50 people including food, service and beverage. This is a who’s who of food and beverage in the Twin Cities. Here’s what Tim was thinking: since La Belle Vie will be unable to participate this year and since Tim still holds the lease to La Belle Vie for the next few months, he’s offering this auction item of a holiday party at La Belle Vie, featuring the best and brightest that have worked at the restaurant throughout its history. It will be a passed plate party where each chef is responsible for one plate. Fifty guests… at La Belle Vie on Saturday, December 5th.
