Don’t let the line out the door scare you away—even at their peak hour, the wait will be no more than 15 minutes. They’ve got quick service down to a science. Try the pho thap cam combo beef noodle with sliced beef, tendon, brisket, tripe and meatballs, or the lovingly handmade shrimp and pork wonton soup with egg noodles. I always grab one of their huge pork and egg steamed buns on the way out and I recommend you do the same.
