Summer Lovin’
There is a reason we put up with the subzero temperatures and blizzards in Minnesota: our summers are amazing. When I am clearing the snow off my car and I can’t feel my toes, I visualize of all of the fantastic things I’m going to do after the thaw. I always look forward to the Uptown Art Fair. I bring my family to check out the festivities. My wife and I love perusing all of the art (photography, ceramics and jewelry are favorites) while my son loves the art projects for kids and live bands. We all can’t get enough of the food.
This year Andrew Zimmern’s Canteen will be serving up grub at the end of The Mall in Uptown. Come down and grab a cabrito burger, get a new painting to hang above your couch and bask in the glory that is a Minnesota summer.
