• Versatile Vegetable Dip with Badia Spices


Easy Vegetable Dip

This super easy dip comes together in a flash and is perfect for a vegetable crudite platter, poached seafood, chicken wings, chips or french fries, and even doubles as a great salad dressing. Use any of the spice blends from my collection with Badia Spices, each one inspired by my favorite flavors from around the globe.

Versatile Vegetable Dip with Badia Spices


  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons Badia seasoning of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice or more to taste
  • A few grinds of black pepper


Combine all of the dip ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until well incorporated. Place in the fridge for an hour or two before serving. Serve with thinly sliced fennel, blanched carrots, small radishes, cherry tomatoes, snap peas, celery, pepper strips and jicama sticks.
