Crafted, Cultivated & Curated Gear for the Adventurous Life
For decades, I’ve traveled the world experiencing culture through food. It’s the best job on the planet. Along the way I’ve collected gifts, kitchen gear, clothing and gadgets that I can now share with you through the revamped Shop Andrew Zimmern. We pride ourselves on finding and supporting independent vendors and merchants, who are creating unique products that I stand behind. From handmade one-of-a-kind belts and upcycled rubber backpacks to dog leashes that contribute profits to animal shelters, I guarantee there’s something for everyone. And for those of you who just want a Go Fork Yourself tee, we still have those too.
I believe food is the great equalizer. I want to inspire you to get in the kitchen and to share a meal with your neighbor. We’ve found a few products to help you out, like DIY cheese making and kimchi kits, and a small batch soy sauce that’ll change your food life. And we’re always on the look out for the next big thing. As we find items we love, like artisan beef jerky or a hot sauce that’s better than Crystal (my favorite on pizza), we’ll work to get those products up on the site, so be sure to check back and see what’s new on the docket.
I also wanted to share a few items that make my life on the road a little less bumpy. As a chef, I don’t leave the house without a sharp knife—seriously—and the orange Kershaw pocket knife is my top choice. We’ve also commissioned Minnesota Leather Works to craft an awesome passport holder, wallet and keychain with my signature goat logo (you’ll notice a common goat theme throughout the shop… just a reminder that goats are the more sustainable, more delicious “other-other” white meat). Then there’s tech items that I may not need, but lets face it, I’m glued to my phone 24/7 and want all the best accessories to keep it fired up while I’m traveling.
It’s an evolving curated collection inspired by my travels at home and abroad. Go check it out.
