An Apple a Day

A Video From the Union of Concerned Scientists

The government is encouraging us to eat the right stuff—I’m sure you’ve seen the nutritional recommendations at ChooseMyPlate.gov—but at the same time they’re subsidizing the wrong stuff like corn and soybeans that are used to create inexpensive processed foods. Investing in healthier options will save lives and money in the end. It’s is a confusing issue. Lets keep it simple, learn more by clicking play.
