Father & Son Honor Their Terroir

Long admired as one of the greatest 3-star Michelin chefs in France, Michel Bras has passed the torch to his son Sebastian. We have been enjoying this restaurant’s special dishes from the rustic Aubrac region of central France since 1996. Our most recent meal featured the signature gargouillou of 28 vegetables, herbs and flowers, slices of large raw cepes with black truffle sauce and a perfectly cooked wild duck breast with a corn and hazelnut glaze. The special aligot potatoes with Laguoile cheese are presented tableside (pictured right).
