![]() I'm headed to Namibia and Finland. What restaurants and markets do I have to visit? Any of your suggestions are appreciated-- we read 'em all, and the good ones really do end up in the show. Fire away!

Finnish foods
Restaurants, errm... There are a lot of bars over here! (Yay, booze!)
Markets: You should go to the market square(s) of Helsinki and/or Turku (lots of fish/other foods).
Foods: I think you should consider trying savusiika ("smoked common whitefish"), gravlax, kalakukko, mämmi, peasoup, karelian pasties, leipäjuusto (with cloudberry jam, of course) and musta makkara (the pride of Tampere) when you're here.
Of sweets you should try salmiak (perhaps even Salmiakki Koskenkorva, which is salmiak-flavoured vodka). Fazerin Sininen ("Fazer's classic chocolate" made to fresh milk) would be a good thing to taste.
