Bang Bang Chicken

DescriptionThis dish is so easy you can pre-roast your chicken or cheat a little and buy it from a local rotisserie.
Ingredients
InstructionsDiscard skin and bones form chicken.
Pound with a mallet and season with fresh ginger juice and peanut oil. Tear into strips by hand. Pile noodles onto a platter, garnish with the chicken, cuke and cilantro. Combine sauce ingredients in a blender, pulsing once for 1 second!!!!! Serve, passing the sauce
