Easter Menu Ideas
With such a horribly cold winter behind us (hopefully), I’m getting antsy for spring ingredients and fresh flavors. Here are a few of my go-to springtime Easter dishes, from asparagus and lobster salad to tarragon-encrusted lamb and my favorite coconut custard pie. I threw a few classics in there for good measure, because what’s an Easter meal without gooey, cheesy scalloped potatoes?
