Meat & Greet: Nok & Chuck- Episode Two

Meet Nok & Chuck

Several years ago Chuck traveled to Thailand where he met Nok, a Thai-English translator. They fell in love, got married, and moved to St. Paul, Minn., where they currently reside. In Thailand, Nok grew up learning how to cook traditional Thai dishes from her father. She’s been cooking ever since. Nok and Chuck have recently started a small catering business showcasing Nok’s talents for creating real Thai food.

Nok and Chuck wanted to share their food with us at Food Works HQ. We followed them as they created three traditional Thai dishes. The second, Gra Pao Moo Grab, is a Thai basil stir fry with fried pork belly. This is the second of four videos in this series.
